Return policy
We do accept returns, refunds or exchanges should you receive a defective or faulty product, and we will typically send you a prepaid call tag to apply to the package. You may also return your item in person to one of our retail fronts to receive store credit or an exchange. To do so, you must have your receipt.
How to return your order
Get in touch with us! From there, we will speak with you about your situation. If returning by mail for an online order, give us a call and we will guide you through the process. If returning to store, you must bring your receipt and you will be offered either store credit, or an exchange on the item in question.
How to track and trace your return
Make sure to keep tracking for your return after shipping it to us. You can simply google your tracking number, and it should pop right up!
Refunds
Upon receiving your return, we will refund your order or resend/exchange your product, depending on the preferred agreement we reach over the phone. For in store returns, hold on to your receipt after purchase. Should a need to return arise, please bring your item and receipt to any of our locations. You will be offered the option to receive store credit, or an exchange of the product.
