How to Choose a House Flag

• Construction: Applique flags have sewn fabric layers; printed flags carry fine detail. Many designs are double-sided, and a few fiber-optic flags light up at night.
• Seasons: Seasonal designs make it easy to change the flag with the weather, and seasonal monogram flags keep your initial up all year.
• Hanging: Most house flags slide onto the pole by a top sleeve; a few use grommets. A rotating-sleeve pole helps stop wrapping.
